Simple pricing

Free — $0 forever

Everything you need to run the basics. No trial, no card.

  • Unlimited customers, quotes, and invoices
  • Income & expense tracking
  • Email templates (send one at a time, no bulk)
  • 200 MB file storage for contracts and receipts
  • Quotes and invoices don't count toward storage

Why free?

Because it's already built. My server costs are low for now and I'd rather make it available to everyone than let it sit unused.

There will always be a free tier. If I add paid features later, it'll be for extras like more storage or Stripe payments, not for the core tools.

If this is useful to you, consider buying me a coffee.

Easy Start

Create an account, add a customer, and send your first invoice in a few minutes. No pipeline setup. No complicated onboarding.

About This Project

Built from real work

IonkoCRM started a few years ago as an internal tool to keep a small service business running without juggling multiple apps.

The goal was straightforward: keep customers, invoices, and bookkeeping in one place without needing several different apps or a complicated CRM.

It was built for day-to-day work: sending invoices, tracking payments, keeping contracts organized, and seeing where the business stands.

Over time it became something genuinely useful, and now I'm finishing it as a product for other freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses who need something practical and lightweight.
